Family Brunch hosted by the Foresters Falls Athletic Association, 10am - 12pm.  Pancakes, eggs, sausage & home fries.  All you can eat!  $15 adults, $8 kids.  Followed by Lumber Jack Scavenger Walk throughout the Village of Foresters Falls.  Come out for an afternoon of fun.

Good Food Box runs monthly, with pick-ups happening the 1st Thursday of each month between 10:30 am - 12:30 pm and orders due 1 week before. The Westmeath Firefighters Association is partnering with the WDRA host a Yuk Yuk's Comedy Show on May 9/26 at 7pm. Tickets are $30 per ticket. 3x comedians will be performing. The “Living a Healthy Life” workshop is a free six-week workshop run by a ConnectWell Registered Nurse and a peer support volunteer. The workshop helps people with chronic health conditions and their caregivers to better cope with symptoms and activities of daily life. All participants will receive the "Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions" companion book. We suggest that participants attend all six sessions of the workshop, where possible. Trivia Night for the Whitewater Region Public Library,  Royal Canadian Legion, 43 Main Street, Cobden.  4 - 7pm, Wing Night at the Legion (lower level), 7pm Registration for Trivia (upper level), 7:30pm Trivia begins.  Snacks provided & cash bar will be open.  Teams of 4 - 6 people.  Entry fee is $15 per person, participants must be 19 or older.  You can pay cash at the door or make an advance payment via e transfer to whitewaterrpl@gmail.com.  Be sure to include your team name in the message box.  Funds raised will go towards supporting our library programs.  For any questions call 613-646-7592.
