| 3 Our annual hike is a major fundraiser for Hospice Renfrew, and it is a wonderful opportunity to bring together hundreds of like-minded people, individuals who appreciate why Hospice Renfrew was established: to provide Care, Comfort and Compassion to those who are nearing their end-of-life journey. New and returning teams made up of family and friends walking in memory of a loved one are welcomed each year. The workshop helps people with chronic health conditions and their caregivers to better cope with symptoms and activities of daily life. All participants will receive the "Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions" companion book. We suggest that participants attend all six sessions of the workshop, where possible. Session run weekly from May 21 to June 25 from 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm at St. Paul's Parish Hall.
