UPDATE: The repairs are now complete and water pressure has been restored.
Please be advised that OCWA is currently responding to a water main break in the Village of Cobden on Meadow Street near Gould Street. While repairs are occurring, residents and businesses in the area may experience reduced water pressure and discoloured water.
Once repairs are completed and water pressure has been restored, it is recommended that taps are flowed with COLD water for at least 5 minutes and until the water is clear. This may also include a need to flush appliances that use water, such as hot water tanks or refrigerators with icemakers.
The Township will provide an update when repairs have been completed.
