Fireworks Permits

Effective Sept. 3rd, 2024

Anyone wishing to discharge fireworks in Whitewater Region shall obtain the appropriate Fireworks Permit. Fireworks permits must be applied for at least ten (1) days prior to when the fireworks will be discharged.

Types:

Consumer Fireworks Permit: For personal use of fireworks on private property.

Display Fireworks Permit: For display fireworks or consumer fireworks used on public property.

• Only persons who hold a valid Fireworks Display Supervisor Certification or a Pyrotechnician Certification shall be eligible to discharge display fireworks.
