Mansel Hill Road Rehabilitation

Project Description

The project limits consist of Mansel Hill Road from Kohlsmith Road to Foresters Falls Road (CR-7). 

The 2.1km rehabilitation project scope of work consists of the following:

• Removal of double surface treatment
• Culvert replacement
• Minor ditching
• New granular base material

Status

Complete

Schedule

The removal of the existing double surface treatment and brushing is completed. Replacement of culverts, ditching and installation of a new granular base is scheduled to start late-July and be completed in August.  Double surface treatment is anticipated for early September.

Funding

The Council of the Township of Whitewater Region has included the rehabilitation of Mansel Hill Road in the 2023 budget, funded by the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund (OCIF).
