Project Description
The project includes 7.2km of Olmstead-Jeffrey Lake Road from Highway 17 to Magnesium Road (County Road 48) and 0.2km of Acres Road.
The construction project consists of grading, replacement of the hard surface, culverts, and guard rails. Safety will be addressed by improving sight distances, reducing speed, standardized roadway widths and signage.

Project Result and Timing
The project is currently under construction is planned to be completed by July 2022.

Funding
Council of the Township of Whitewater Region has funded the construction of Olmstead-Jeffrey Lake Road in the 2021 budget through a long-term debenture.
Public Involvement
The virtual public information session was held on:
